Our working scope is defined after review of the buyer's approved part data, resin, cosmetic and dimensional requirements, annual and lifetime volume, target mold life, preferred component standards, available injection-machine data, validation plan, delivery destination, and Incoterm.
Typical support:
• DFM review covering parting line, draft, wall thickness, ribs, bosses, clips, sealing and assembly interfaces, gate, venting, cooling, ejection, shrinkage, and warpage risks
• 3D mold design and bill-of-material preparation based on approved 2D/3D data
• Core, cavity, insert, electrode, and mold-component machining using CNC, EDM, wire EDM, grinding, and polishing as applicable
• Mold fitting and assembly, cooling and ejection checks, and pre-trial inspection
• T1/T2/T3 trials with molded samples, dimensional or surface inspection, and agreed trial reports
• Agreed correction loops and support toward production approval
Buyer RFQ inputs:
• Editable 3D CAD and 2D drawings/GD&T
• Resin grade, color, additives, texture, polish, coating, and compliance requirements
• Critical dimensions, fits, sealing or assembly interfaces, cosmetic surfaces, and permitted-defect criteria
• Annual and lifetime volume, target mold life, cavity requirement, target cycle time, and required sample quantity
• Preferred mold steel, component and hot-runner standards, and spare-parts scope
• Available injection-machine data and mold-handling limits
• Inspection, validation, packaging, and documentation requirements
• Delivery destination, Incoterm, target T1 date, and project schedule
