HA NOI MOULD-TECH reviews qualified plastic injection mold RFQs before preparing a commercial quotation. The review covers part geometry, material, cosmetic and tolerance requirements, expected volume, mold concept, target tool life, injection-machine constraints, trial scope and delivery terms.

Please provide:
• Editable 3D CAD plus 2D critical dimensions
• Resin grade, color, texture and compliance requirements
• Annual and lifetime volume
• Target tool life and preferred cavity count
• Available injection-machine data
• Prototype, T1 and SOP dates
• Delivery destination and Incoterm

After review, we return DFM findings, clarification questions, a proposed mold concept and the commercial scope when the dossier is sufficiently defined.
