Injection mold engineering for ADAS and parking-sensor housings, connector interfaces and related plastic components. Feasibility is reviewed against buyer drawings, resin specification, critical tolerances, sealing-interface requirements and validation standards.

Scope of supply:
• DFM review for parting line, draft, ribs, bosses, clips, insert and connector interfaces, weld lines and warpage risk
• Mold design and construction aligned with the approved part data, tolerance scheme and requested mold-component standards
• Gate, cooling and ejection concept based on part geometry and available injection-machine data
• T1/T2/T3 trials, dimensional inspection, trial report and molded samples
• Support for correction loops and buyer validation

Buyer RFQ inputs:
Please send editable 3D CAD, 2D drawings with critical dimensions and GD&T, resin grade, insert and connector details, sealing and surface requirements, validation or test standards, annual and lifetime volume, target mold life, cavity requirement, injection-machine data, delivery destination and Incoterm.
