HA NOI MOULD TECHNOLOGY supports DFM review, mold design and build, machining, assembly, and T1/T2/T3 trials for automotive fan covers, blower housings, HVAC air guides, and related ribbed plastic covers. Airflow and NVH performance depend on the complete component or assembly and buyer validation; mold feasibility is assessed from approved part data, resin, interfaces, surface requirements, and dimensional criteria.

Typical project scope:
• DFM review covering wall thickness, ribs, bosses, clips, flanges, parting line, draft, weld-line risk, gate, venting, cooling, and ejection
• Mold design and tool build based on approved 2D/3D data and requested component standards
• Review of filling, cooling, shrinkage, sink-mark, and warpage risks; simulation is included only when agreed in the project scope
• Machining, fitting, assembly, and trial preparation
• T1/T2/T3 trials with dimensional and surface inspection
• Trial reports, samples, and agreed correction loops

• Annual volume, target mold life, cavity requirement, and target cycle time
• Injection-machine data, validation plan, delivery destination, and Incoterm
