Injection mold engineering for automotive plastic housings, covers, ducts, interior or under-hood components. Feasibility is reviewed against buyer drawings, resin specification, dimensional and cosmetic requirements, validation scope and applicable customer standards.

Scope of supply:
• DFM review for parting line, draft, ribs, bosses, clips, wall thickness and warpage risk
• Mold design and construction aligned with the approved part data and requested component standards
• Gate, cooling and ejection concept based on part geometry and available injection-machine data
• T1/T2/T3 trials, dimensional inspection, trial report and molded samples
• Support for correction loops and production approval

Buyer RFQ inputs:
Please send editable 3D CAD, 2D critical dimensions and tolerances, resin grade, annual and lifetime volume, cosmetic and validation requirements, target mold life, cavity requirement, injection-machine data, delivery destination and Incoterm.
