Details:

Injection mold engineering for bottle caps, threaded or snap-fit closures, tamper-evident features and related plastic components. Feasibility is reviewed against buyer drawings, resin specification, container-neck interface, sealing and torque criteria, target cavity count, cycle target and validation scope.

Scope of supply:
• DFM review for parting line, threads, stripping or unscrewing concept, sealing surfaces, tamper-evident band and living hinge where applicable
• Mold design and construction aligned with the approved part data and requested mold-component standards
• Gate, runner, cooling, ejection and unscrewing concept based on part geometry, resin, cavity target and available injection-machine data
• T1/T2/T3 trials, dimensional and cosmetic inspection, trial report and molded samples
• Support for correction loops based on buyer validation of fit, torque, sealing, tamper evidence and cycle performance

Buyer RFQ inputs:
Please send editable 3D CAD, 2D drawings with critical dimensions and GD&T, resin grade and material-compliance requirements, container-neck finish drawing, closure style, thread, tamper-band and hinge details, sealing, opening or closing torque and leakage acceptance criteria, color or masterbatch requirements, validation method, annual and lifetime volume, cycle target, target mold life, cavity requirement, injection-machine data, delivery destination and Incoterm.
