HA NOI MOULD TECHNOLOGY supports DFM review, mold design and build, machining, assembly, and T1/T2/T3 trials for EV battery covers, connector housings, cooling-channel components, and related plastic parts. Feasibility, resin selection, thermal performance, sealing, electrical interfaces, dimensional acceptance, and validation depend on buyer specifications and technical review.
Typical project scope:
• DFM review covering wall thickness, ribs, bosses, clips, sealing surfaces, connector interfaces, parting line, draft, gate, venting, cooling, and ejection
• Mold design and tool build based on approved 2D/3D data and requested component standards
• Review of glass-fiber-reinforced or other specified resins for flow, shrinkage, warpage, and tool-wear risks
• Machining, fitting, assembly, and trial preparation
• T1/T2/T3 trials with dimensional inspection, trial reports, and agreed correction loops
• Trial samples and inspection documentation as agreed in the project scope

• Battery-pack covers and protective housings
• Connector, terminal, and electrical-interface housings

Requirements for flame rating, CTI, dielectric behavior, thermal aging, sealing/IP performance, traceability, or automotive validation must be specified by the buyer and reviewed for project-specific feasibility.

• Editable 3D CAD and 2D drawings/GD&T
• Resin grade, glass-fiber percentage, color, and relevant flame/electrical requirements
• Sealing interfaces and connector, terminal, or insert details
• Critical dimensions, cosmetic surfaces, warpage limits, and inspection criteria
• Annual volume, target mold life, cavity requirement, and target cycle time
• Injection-machine data, molding/validation plan, delivery destination, and Incoterm
