Injection mold engineering for fan grilles, ventilation guards, household-appliance airflow covers and related large ribbed plastic parts. Feasibility is reviewed against buyer drawings, resin specification, open-area and airflow geometry, cosmetic and assembly requirements, validation scope and production-volume targets.

Scope of supply:
• DFM review for rib thickness, draft, rib intersections, weld lines, wall thickness, sink marks and warpage risk
• Mold design and construction aligned with the approved part data and requested mold-component standards
• Gate, runner, cooling and ejection concept based on part geometry, resin and available injection-machine data
• T1/T2/T3 trials, dimensional and cosmetic inspection, trial report and molded samples
• Support for correction loops and buyer validation

Buyer RFQ inputs:
Please send editable 3D CAD, 2D critical dimensions and tolerances, resin grade, grille open-area, airflow, structural and cosmetic requirements, assembly and fit criteria, validation method, annual and lifetime volume, target mold life, cavity requirement, injection-machine data, delivery destination and Incoterm.
