HA NOI MOULD-TECH supports plastic-part projects from DFM review through mold design, machining, assembly and T1/T2/T3 trials. In-house capability includes CNC milling, EDM, wire EDM, grinding, polishing, assembly and injection trials.

Scope of supply:
• DFM review and critical-feature alignment
• 3D mold design and bill-of-material preparation
• Tool construction to customer specifications and requested HASCO, DME or FUTABA requirements
• Mold assembly and T1/T2/T3 trials
• Dimensional inspection, trial report and molded samples
• Support for correction loops and production approval

Please send editable CAD, 2D drawings with critical dimensions, resin, annual and lifetime volume, cosmetic and tolerance requirements, target tool life, cavity requirement, injection-machine data, delivery destination and Incoterm.
