HA NOI MOULD TECHNOLOGY supports project-specific DFM review, mold design and build, machining, assembly, and T1/T2/T3 trials for large automotive plastic components such as bumper-related covers, grilles, exterior trim parts, housings, and structural covers.

Feasibility is confirmed only after review of the buyer's approved part data, mold dimensions and weight, resin, surface requirements, annual volume, target mold life, validation plan, and available injection-machine and handling data. Large bumper-fascia or Class-A exterior projects require a separate capacity and surface-quality review.

Typical project scope:
• DFM review of wall thickness, ribs, bosses, clips, mounting and sealing interfaces, parting line, draft, weld-line risk, gating, venting, cooling, ejection, shrinkage, and warpage
• Mold design and bill-of-material preparation based on approved 2D/3D data and requested component standards
• Gate and hot-runner concept according to part geometry, resin, appearance criteria, cavity requirement, and approved technical scope
• Core, cavity, insert, electrode, and mold-component machining using CNC, EDM, wire EDM, grinding, and polishing as applicable
• Mold fitting, assembly, cooling and ejection checks, and pre-trial inspection
• T1/T2/T3 trials with molded samples, dimensional and surface inspection, and agreed trial reports
• Agreed correction loops and support toward production approval

Buyer RFQ inputs:
• Editable 3D CAD and 2D drawings/GD&T
• Part name, installation position, overall dimensions, weight, visible or Class-A surfaces, and assembly interfaces
• Resin grade, color, additives, recycled-content target, and applicable UV, weathering, flammability, or compliance requirements
• Texture/grain, gloss, polish, coating, painting, decoration, color-match, and permitted-defect criteria
• Critical dimensions, gap-and-flush, flatness/warpage limits, surface criteria, and validation plan
• Annual and lifetime volume, target mold life, cavity count, target cycle time, and required sample quantity
• Injection-machine data including platen and tie-bar spacing, shot volume, clamping force, crane and mold-handling limits
• Preferred mold steel, component and hot-runner standards, spare-parts scope, delivery destination, Incoterm, and target T1 date
