HA NOI MOULD TECHNOLOGY supports DFM review, mold design and build, machining, assembly, and T1/T2/T3 trials for lighting housings, LED covers, bezels, diffusers, mounting frames, and related plastic components.

Optical lenses, precision light guides, or high-transparency parts require separate material, optical-surface, polishing, light-distribution, and validation specifications and a project-specific feasibility review.

Typical project scope:
• DFM review covering wall thickness, ribs, bosses, clips, sealing interfaces, parting line, draft, weld-line risk, gate, venting, cooling, and ejection
• Mold design and tool build based on approved 2D/3D data and requested component standards
• Review of resin flow, shrinkage, sink-mark, warpage, weld-line, and appearance risks; simulation is included only when agreed in the project scope
• Surface, texture, polish, transparency, diffusion, and coating requirements implemented according to approved drawings and acceptance criteria
• T1/T2/T3 trials with dimensional and surface inspection
• Trial reports, samples, and agreed correction loops

Application examples:
• LED lamp housings and rear covers
• Transparent or translucent covers and diffusers, subject to technical review
• Bezels, mounting frames, and structural lighting components
• Related parts with clips, inserts, sealing interfaces, welding, bonding, or fastening features

Light transmission, haze, color, surface-defect limits, thermal cycling, UV/weathering, flame rating, sealing/IP performance, welding or bonding, photometric performance, and regulatory validation must be specified by the buyer and validated at component or assembly level.

• Editable 3D CAD and 2D drawings/GD&T
• Part type, assembly position, and visible or optical surfaces
• Resin grade, color, transparency or diffusion target, additives, UV/weathering, and flame requirements
• Appearance, optical-surface, polish, texture, coating, and permitted-defect criteria
• Sealing, gasket, welding/bonding, fastener, insert, and assembly interfaces
• Critical dimensions, flatness/warpage limits, and optical, sealing, thermal, and inspection/validation plan
• Annual volume, target mold life, cavity requirement, and target cycle time
• Injection-machine data, delivery destination, and Incoterm
