Final material, mold concept, dimensional acceptance, surface requirements, validation plan, and production environment depend on customer specifications and technical review.

Typical project scope:
• DFM review covering part geometry, draft, wall thickness, parting line, gate, venting, and ejection
• Mold design and tool build based on approved 2D/3D data
• Review of resin behavior and critical interfaces
• Machining, fitting, assembly, and trial preparation
• T1/T2/T3 trials with sample inspection and agreed correction loops
• Inspection reports and trial samples as agreed in the project scope
