Details:

Injection mold engineering for water-filtration housings, caps, valves and connectors. Feasibility is reviewed against buyer drawings, resin specification, sealing geometry, pressure or leak-test criteria, tolerances and applicable compliance responsibilities.

Scope of supply:
• DFM review for sealing interfaces, threads, snap fits, wall thickness and warpage risk
• Mold design and construction for PP, ABS or buyer-specified engineering resins, subject to technical validation
• Gate, cooling and ejection concept based on part geometry and available injection-machine data
• T1/T2/T3 trials, dimensional inspection, trial report and molded samples
• Support for correction loops and production approval

Buyer RFQ inputs:
Please send editable 3D CAD, 2D critical dimensions and tolerances, resin grade, pressure/leak-test requirements, annual and lifetime volume, target mold life, cavity requirement, injection-machine data, delivery destination and Incoterm.
