Details:

Injection mold engineering for water-purifier valve bodies, connectors, quick couplings and related water-contact plastic components. Feasibility is reviewed against buyer drawings, resin specification, sealing interfaces, thread requirements and buyer-defined pressure and leakage criteria.

Scope of supply:
• DFM review for sealing interfaces, threads, undercuts, inserts, parting line, wall thickness, sink marks and warpage risk
• Mold design and construction aligned with the approved part data and requested mold-component standards
• Gate, runner, cooling and ejection concept based on part geometry, resin and available injection-machine data
• T1/T2/T3 trials, dimensional inspection, trial report and molded samples
• Support for correction loops based on buyer-defined pressure, leakage and assembly validation results

Buyer RFQ inputs:
Please send editable 3D CAD, 2D critical dimensions and tolerances, resin grade and material-compliance requirements, operating medium and temperature, pressure range, leakage criteria and test method, thread, seal, insert and assembly details, annual and lifetime volume, target mold life, cavity requirement, injection-machine data, delivery destination and Incoterm.
