HA NOI MOULD TECHNOLOGY supports DFM review, mold design and build, machining, assembly, and T1/T2/T3 trials for automotive exterior plastic components such as grille and trim parts, rocker and side claddings, wheel-arch parts, bumper-related covers and brackets, spoiler or garnish components, and related structural or non-optical exterior parts.
Large bumper fascia or painted Class-A projects require a project-specific feasibility review based on part size, injection-machine data, mold dimensions and weight, appearance criteria, and handling requirements.
Typical project scope:
• DFM review covering wall thickness, ribs, bosses, clips, snap-fits, mounting and sealing interfaces, parting line, draft, weld-line risk, gate, venting, cooling, and ejection
• Mold design and tool build based on approved 2D/3D data and requested component standards
• Review of filling, cooling, shrinkage, sink-mark, warpage, and appearance risks; simulation is included only when agreed in the project scope
• Texture, grain, gloss, paint, coating, color, and polishing requirements implemented according to approved drawings and acceptance criteria
• T1/T2/T3 trials with dimensional and surface inspection
• Trial reports, samples, and agreed correction loops

Appearance, color matching, gloss and texture, gap-and-flush, thermal cycling, UV/weathering, stone-impact, scratch resistance, painting/coating, and vehicle-level validation requirements must be specified by the buyer and validated against the agreed parts or assemblies.

• Editable 3D CAD and 2D drawings/GD&T
• Part name, assembly position, overall dimensions, weight, and visible/Class-A surfaces
• Resin grade, color, additives, UV/weathering, and recycled-content requirements, if applicable
• Texture/grain, gloss, polish, coating, painting, or decoration requirements
• Clip, insert, welding, bonding, gasket, and assembly interfaces
• Critical dimensions, gap-and-flush, flatness/warpage, appearance criteria, and validation plan
• Annual volume, target mold life, cavity requirement, and target cycle time
• Injection-machine data including platen/tie-bar, shot size and clamping force, delivery destination, and Incoterm
