HA NOI MOULD TECHNOLOGY supports injection mold projects from DFM review and mold design through machining, fitting, assembly, and T1/T2/T3 trials. The manufacturing workflow includes CNC milling, EDM, wire EDM, grinding, polishing, and tool assembly as applicable to the approved mold design.

The final manufacturing route, tool configuration, inspection scope, and any project-specific processes are defined after review of the buyer's part data, mold requirements, component standards, and validation plan.

Typical project scope:
• DFM review covering parting line, draft, wall thickness, ribs, bosses, clips, sealing features, gate, cooling, venting, ejection, shrinkage, and warpage risks
• 3D mold design and bill-of-material preparation based on approved 2D/3D data
• Core, cavity, insert, electrode, and mold-component machining using CNC, EDM, wire EDM, grinding, and polishing as applicable
• Mold fitting, assembly, cooling and ejection checks, and pre-trial inspection
• T1/T2/T3 trials with molded samples, dimensional or surface inspection, and trial reports as agreed
• Agreed correction loops and support toward production approval

Project-specific items:
• Mold steel, hardness, heat treatment, and surface-treatment requirements
• Requested component and hot-runner standards
• Texture, polish, coating, appearance, and permitted-defect criteria
• Part size, mold size and weight, cavity count, available injection-machine data, and handling constraints
• Critical dimensions, measurement method, capability studies, and validation deliverables

Buyer RFQ inputs:
• Editable 3D CAD and 2D drawings/GD&T
• Resin grade, shrinkage data, color, additives, and compliance requirements
• Critical dimensions, fits, sealing or assembly interfaces, and cosmetic surfaces
• Annual and lifetime volume, target mold life, cavity requirement, and target cycle time
• Preferred mold steel, component standard, hot-runner requirements, and spare-parts scope
• Available injection-machine data and required trial or sample quantity
• Inspection, validation, packaging, and documentation requirements
• Delivery destination, Incoterm, target T1 date, and project schedule
